My
qualifications include a Diploma in Hypnotherapy,
a Diploma in Advanced
Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Personal Development, a Certificate
in Hypnotherapeutic Supervision and a Certificate in Counselling
Skills in addition to further specialised training
in Analysis (which incorporates a full Training
Analysis) and Advanced Therapeutic Skills. I also
make a point of continually developing my skills
and knowledge in order to ensure that my clients
may benefit from the most effective and rapid resolution
of their problems possible.
My UK
Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations registration
number is 81357. UKCHO promotes the professional
regulation of hypnotherapy within the United Kingdom,
to ensure that Hypnotherapists are safe and competent
to practice and that they adhere to national standards
of ethics and training. To find out if an Hypnotherapist
is UKCHO registered, you can check (free of charge)
at www.ukcho.co.uk
I am an accredited
member of both the Association for Professional
Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and The National Council for Hypnotherapy. These
organisations are registered members of UKCHO and
are dedicated to the professional and ethical use
of hypnosis.
Accredited
Hypnotherapists must have undertaken approved training
to satisfy an Examination Board of their competence
to practice and have subsequently had a minimum
of 5 years' clinical experience. A comprehensive
Code of Ethics and Practice ensures that every practising
member is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance
and receives regular supervision of their practice.
All members are bound by a Duty of Care towards
their clients.
I
provide stress management related training through
'The Partnership' (in which I am a partner) and
am involved in the provision of staff support services
to two large local employers. I am also an NVQ qualified
trainer and assessor.
